KOJACK TRIBUTE
A vibrant mix of watercress, tomatoes, sweet corn kernels, bacon, creamy avocado vinaigrette, fresh cilantro, and brunoise shallots. "This salad pays homage to the renowned Kojack Salad from El Aranjuez Steakhouse in Caracas City, a favorite of Chef Julio family."
